Difference in versions for different devices?

Post by kworkes » Sat Jan 28, 2012 11:54 am

Is there much of a difference in the iphone, ipad and android versions?

I own an iphone 3g,and several android phones and tablets. I'm just wondering which would be best to install Iscore on.

Thanks!

If you have an iPad, that would be our first recommendation, but you did not list that as a device you have.

We would recommend using whichever is the newest device. If you only have one Apple device, but multiple Android devices (and tablets), you may want to go with the Android version just because you would be able to install on all the devices with no additional cost (assuming they all run the Android Marketplace and are tied to the same account with Google).

For the most part, the devices all have the same functionality. There are a few small things the Android version does that the iOS version does not, and a few things the iOS version does that the Android version does not, but the base scorekeeping is identical on both platforms. Over time, all the features will be available on both platforms.
