deleted players

my score keeper deleted 3 players from my team from the team page. Now all of there stats are gone from the team website. is there anyway to get these players back. I didn't notice this until i exported from ipad to website.

FTM keeps the last three exports on their server. If you send them your ID, they may be able to recover. However, you may have to enter any games which were scored after the delete.

If the players are still in your player manager, (most likely scenario) then just add the to the team roster again in Team manager. and re option export. the players in team manager are the ones that show up on team web site. remove from team roster, removes from web site.

If they deleted the players from "player manager" - shame on them! email support with specific names and they can likely recover them. (include your customer id too). if it is a just a couple players and for only a couple games, you can manually replace with a new player, game by game, and we can walk you through replacing them with out emailing support. if that is the case, reply back. .

thanks for everyone's help i was able add the players back to the team roster and it added the stats back in.
