Updating iOS Version

I'm about to update my iOS version and want to know what I should do to ensure data preservation for iScore. I generally wipe clean and install as a new device rather than laying my backup over the new update.

Will this make it a new device with respect to the Device ID? I have an up to date Export, so what else do I do?

As far as iScore data goes, just be sure to do an Options -> Export and that you get a "Successful" message. As long as you do that, then there will be a copy of the data on our server. You can then wipe your device clean, reinstall iScore, and immediately upon re-install, do an Options -> Import and your data will be restored.
