On the Lineup screen where you set your teams lineup it would be useful to show basic stats next to the player name - AVE,OBP,SLG,etc (maybe allow the user to choose 3 or 4 stats to show).
That way as you're setting your lineup you have up to date info on your own players. You'd also have a much better idea about who in the other teams lineup has hurt you in past games.
This might be an ipad / tablet only feature but would be very useful.
