Team Website Link not working

Team Website Link not working

I purchased a new team website 2 or 3 days ago and began uploading my game and data to the site. I uploaded 2 games yesterday afternoon and went in the website and was able to view them. Last night I went to go in again and the site link does not work. If I search for the team I can see it, but when I click on it I am brought back to the search page.

FTM will need to respond on this one.

in the mean time, try logging onto your free admin web site (with device id and admin password)

go to the teams tab, and in the right column for your team it should say "view" click on it. if it says create or if your team is not there. post back.

All is not lost, just a tech glitch FTM can figure out.

I went to the Admin website and my team shows up with "view" under the website column. When I click on it, I am brought right to the search page...

Ok, We will need to wait till west coast developers have a chance to investigate the servers. there seems to have been a glitch over weekend as discussed in another thread on forum.. may be related.

As long as all your data is on your device, this is fully fixable, just may take some help by developers.
(You may want to send an email to support@iscoresports.com with your device id and team name, they may need the device id and would not want you to post on the public board. )

that said, Can you confirm all the data is still on your device. If so, rest assured this can be fixed.

Yes...data is still on my device, and I emailed the developers. I am hoping that this can be resolved pretty quickly as a couple of the coaches are looking for the data. If it is easier, you can just create a new website for me to upload to...I hadn't yet made many changes from the default.

As long as your data is on your device, all is good. I will need to let FTM respond in how to best get your site connected. (beyond my scope/access/control)

in the short run, you can email your coaches the stats (by game and cumulative) and game by game scorebooks directly from your device. Tell them site is temporarily down.

Try clearing your computer cache then trying again. Sometimes a computer will bring up an old site from the cache.

I tried that but it didn't work...the reason I found out about the error is from one of the coaches. He tried logging in last night and got the error message, and then I tried it on a different computer and had the same issues.

i think it is a server side issue, and deeper issue than a browser cache.. will await to hear from FTM..

We just tried going to:

and it appears to be working. Is that link not working for you? What error are you seeing on your screen?
