Pitch by Pitch shows wrong number of outs on iPad at times

I noticed on my iPad (latest iOS, latest iScore) that if the last play of an inning is a double play, the pitch by pitch only shows 2 outs on the screen. All records are fine, scorecard is fine, it's just pitch-by-pitch that is wrong. I haven't looked to see if this only occurs on double plays that don't use the double play button (I had a couple of plays with guys picked off base in rundowns after leaving early on fly balls and other odd double plays). But I did notice it multiple times.
