Facebook Like Box

Post by RockRocks787 » Sat Jun 18, 2011 5:08 am

I'm trying to put a Facebook "Like" box on my homepage. But everytime I insert it, the box height is much less than what I would like it to be. I tried going into the html code and adding to the height, but when I click save it goes right back to the original number. I'm wondering if this is a website issue or a Facebook issue.

If you copy/paste the code you are trying to put on your website, we can take a look at it and maybe someone will see what is not working.

This was the code given to me by facebook:

Code: Select all

<p><iframe src="http://www.facebook.com/plugins/likebox.php?href=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fpages%2FAnderson-Bombers%2F117785098309383%3Fsk%3Dpage_getting_started%23%21%2Fpages%2FAnderson-Bombers%2F117785098309383&width=300&colorscheme=dark&show_faces=true&border_color=white&stream=true&header=false&height=395"></iframe></p>

The iframe tag does not have a width and height set. It should be something like:

Code: Select all

<p><iframe width=www height=hhh src="http://...................."></iframe></p>
Substitute the width and height you want in for www and hhh and make the src= match what it was in your original post.
