Hit animation during game scoring

When i first downloaded the app i was scoring a game and lets say the player hit a single. I put that in and pushed enter. After i did that an animation showed the single on the playing field. I've scored a few more games and that animation no longer shows up. How do I activate it?

I've never seen any animation. Anyone else?

After you enter the single, we ask for the hit location. You may have turned Hit Locations off on your device. If you go to the Options button in the bottom right of the scoring screen, it give you an option to turn hit locations On or Off. Be sure that is set to On if you want to enter your hit locations.
