Invalid Customer ID
I used I score and scorecast last season using my I-Touch. I now have an i-phone and when i went to the app store it let me download it free since I already owned. I have been using the scoring feature and it has worked fine, but today I attempted to get 1-scorecast up and running. I have it turned "on" on my phone. As previously it instructs me to go to http://iscorecast.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and use the Customer ID (ID removed by Moderator) When I enter that on the i-scorecast page it says "invalid customer ID" on the scoreboard. Help?
Re: Invalid Customer ID
You have a new customer ID with the new device. You need to do an export (even if you have nothing scored yet) one time to set up your new admin site (you will now have a site for each device).
Re: Invalid Customer ID
remember too on your device under OPTIONS > ADMIN WEBSITE you can see your customer id and password and reset the admin password if having troubles.

Re: Invalid Customer ID
One additional note... the "iScorecast server" will not recognize your device until you have actually created one game with iScorecast enabled. You can select a game from Game Manager, and use the "i-ScoreCast Synchronize" option to send the game up to the iScorecast server. Just make sure iScorecast is enabled going forward when creating games, and everything will be automatic.
