Cannot Change Batters

In the past, when I have needed to switch out a player at bat, I simply double tapped and chose a player from the lineup.

About 2 enhancements ago, this stopped working. What can I do to fix it or workaround?

It's working fine for me on the current version for both iPad and iPhone. I believe you must have a player in your game starting lineup who has batting = no.

That functionality has not changed. Just as KevinRees says, you must have at least one player with Batting=NO in your lineup in order to do Offensive substitutions, but this has always been the case.
