Changing the game name/title

I am unable to change the game title once it is set up, ie 1/1/10 Team 1 vs Team 2 to 1/2/10 ABC vs DEF.

I've gone in, made changes, hit save, but once I exit that screen and go back to it, the game title reverts back to the original! Plus, there is no way of changing game titles on the administrator's website. It makes it impossible to go and ener all the games scheduled for the season because they come up with the date that the game is entered rather than the date the game is being played.

Any ideas?

When you are on the screen where you assign the teams to visitor/home, make you change. Then touch the RETUEN key - don't just dismiss the keyboard. This will save the change.

If you forget, you can make the change by touching the game in Game Manager, then making the change on that screen.

This works; I do it for every game I score, as I always change the date.

In addition to jbeckman tip. Please be sure you have the most current version of score v 2.7. A very early version did not allow you to change game names but current version most definitely does and have used on touch/iPhone/ iPad.
