Red Line

Tonight as I started to score a game I had a redline from the batter at back to the Misc. button. I had never seen this before. I am sure it has a purpose. I did have some errors in the line up. Help?

This is most likely a "hit location" line from a previous game. Sometimes when entering hit locations, if you go to press "Next", and miss it, it will put that as your hit location which happens to appear right near the Misc button. To confirm this, if you view the hit chart on the Player Card for that batter, see if one at bat shoots over to the right. To fix it, you can view the scorecards to find which at bat has that as the hit location, then go to the Pitch by Pitch listing and update it.
