Viewer Not Displaying Correctly Horizontally on iPad

When I try to score a game with my iPad in the horizontal (landscape) position, the field and pitch location box are below the lineups and halfway off the screen. I am unable to scroll down to them to fill positions, track pitch locations, indicate balls/strikes, etc. I exported all the data to the admin website, deleted the app, reinstalled it, and tried to import the data back. One, I kept getting an error saying the import was unsuccessful, and two, it didn't fix the problem with the viewer. Any ideas how to fix the viewer problem first?
