Games / Innings played totals

Post by pug126 » Sun Jun 12, 2016 8:59 pm

Is there any way to get a summary of innings played / games started for all members of a team? I love the information and format that it put at the top of each player's player card, but it's a pain to send 12 player cards and manually have to put them into a spreadsheet for comparison. It would be a nice feature on the team website to be able to see this for the entire team.

Also, I noticed on these totals, extra innings are being added if the home team does not bat in the bottom of the 9th or whatever the last inning is. Say a game ends after 6.5 innings and nothing is done in the bottom of the seventh as the home team wins...the pitcher for the visitors will show six innings pitched in the stats, but the innings played log on the player card will show that the pitcher appeared in 7 innings as a pitcher. This does not seem right to me.

Any help or thoughts of improving this in the future is greatly appreciated. Coaches really seem to love getting a matrix showing who has played how many innings at each position and who has started at each position throughout the season. This is especially key at younger ages where coaches are trying to even out playing time.

Thanks for reading this!

If The stats you want by player are same as what on player card, they already exist.

The stats that drive the player cards are all on the device under fielding stats (by team manager, by game manager and by player manager) .

Fielding stats show innings appeared (ap#) and outs played (op#) in total and at each position (#=1-9), fielding stats at the position (#1-9) include, ap#, op#, put outs (po#), assists (a#),fielding percent (fp#) and errors fielding (ef#) and throwing (et#),

I will need to investigate the ..Un played inning comment..

On second point ..re: Innings pitched (IP) and/or innings appeard (AP) not correct on shorten game.

I can not replicate the reported discrepancy . ( on most current iOS version of the app )

I had not heard of this discrepancy before.. So I ran a quick test game and researched a couple games on my device that ended w home team not batting in last inning. All ok

IP and AP seem OK, as expected .

.. If you have such a discrepancy on your device , double check the specific game again, and recalculate the stats. If still exists . An email to support with your device id. Reference to this thread and the game of concern may help. They can investigate more deeply
