Unable to Discover Nations teams for Spring 2016

I have tried multiple teams and same results...

iOS version of iScore v4.533

Discover Nations teams:

Team Manger -> Discover Team -> Nations -> Team ID (49914) -> Get Team -> No Players Found for Team
Team Manger -> Discover Team -> Nations -> Texas -> 10U -> Elite -> Warriors -> Houston Warriors-Red -> No Players Found for Team

I have been unable to upload team information from Nations. In addition, when trying to "Discover Team" Nations defaults to Fall 2015? can you help?

I am actually trying to find and load Woodlands Prep Green. No. 16051787. I seem to be having this issue with different teams.
