MLB Daily Roster Updates

I am able to obtain daily stats updates but the updated roster still contains players who are not on the Active Roster. It is not a major issue but is a pain to delete the extra players from both teams before each game. I would appreciate some help in eliminating this issue.

We are currently including the 40 man rosters (as opposed to the 25 man rosters). Having the extra players on the roster should not impact the scoring of the game as only players in the Lineup would be assigned any stats. It also means the occasional last minute addition to the active roster will be available to add to the Lineup if they come in as a sub. When we only include the 25 man roster, there were occasions where a last minute change would not be in the roster because it happened after the daily data feeds from our stat supplier.
