data share between coach and stats guy

I'm a coach and have a stats guy. Both of us have iscore. After he scores a game, I go into data share and enter his ID and can see the game, and all the stats. All good. Then if I notice an error in the scoring (e.g. he missed a pitching change), I let him know. He updates the game (after the game ended). I would like the sync option to automatically pull the updated stats. Right now, I have to delete the game and re-share the data. (without deleting the game, even data share doesn't recognize the stats have been updated for that game)

That is correct. You have to delete the game, then pull the game over again if you want to transfer it again. It is a safety mechanism to be sure people do not accidentally replace a game they already have on their device. We already have cases where people do Import over their data even though we have safety mechanisms there as well, so any time data is going to be replaced, we intentionally want extra steps.
