Help- lost data

Post by $tinky » Sun Apr 12, 2015 3:02 pm

So our scorekeeper did two games today and on the way home his ipad died. He said when he turned it back on the games were gone. Is there anything we can to do to retrieve them?

An iPad dying would not erase the games, but it is possible that if it died while using iScore that it could corrupt the database. If you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look at your data to see what we find. Your customer ID can be found on the Options screen in iScore.
