Enable scorer to send notes before game start and after game

I use iScore for scoring travel ball and often a game start is delayed because the game on the field ran over its time. My iScorecast fans, are often left wondering why the scoring hasn't started. I really like the fact that I can email them the iscorecase link prior to starting the game (pressing play), but it would be even better if I could sent them a message via the "notes" feature to let them know that game start will be delayed 15 minutes. I know I "could" press play but then the game timer isn't accurate and that too is a very useful feature.

Similarly, when playing in a playoff bracket, it would be nice if I could send the viewers a "note" after the game ends, letting them know when our next game will be so they can start looking for the iScoreCast link for that next game.
