4.51 merged player duplicated in game stats

Today scored two games roster in second game had name spelled wrong so I duplicated the player. We realized tonight and merged the two players. Now the merged player's stats are duplicated in the batting stats of both games.

Is there a way to remove one of the lines? The scorebook is right but all game stats are off due to the duplication.

If you used the merge option, that should not double the player's stats. Two things to check... first go to Game Manager, select the game, select Pitch by Pitch, tap Game Starts, tap Edit next to Starting Lineup, and check both the home + visitor team to make sure the same player is not listed twice in the lineup for the game. If they are, remove the second copy. Second, try viewing the stats for the game, and using the Recalc option to force iScore to recalculate the statistics for the game.

If neither of these things help, please do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know which game / player you are seeing doubled stats for and we will take a look at your data to see what is going on.

I have checked as requested the player is not duplicated. I have exported my data and sent an email with my user ID as requested.

Did u do the recalc?

Game manager > select game> select stats (team bating, pitching, fielding) > recalc

Yes, recalc does not remove the duplication.

I scored another game today the player is not duplicated in today's game so the issue is with the two games and total team statistics as a result of the merge.

You did recalc in both games in Game Manager and Recalc in Team Manager > stats . All three places..

Merging players has not created this issue in past .. Support will look at your data base but I would have expected recalc to 'clean up'

We responded to this user's email to support.

The user has the Player repeated twice in the lineup for the games.

Removing the second copy of the Player in the lineup will remove the duplicated stats as noted in the emailed response.
