I like the "on the lineup" suggestion by mprusak, but having an option for last 2 outs would help. As FTM said, the last out could be your pitcher or catcher.
Either way, +1 any courtesy runner enhancement.

We have added the last 2 outs being shown on the Courtesy Runner screen for the next release. You can toggle between "any last 2 outs" or "batters last 2 outs". We did it this way for consistency between iPad and iPhone (which does not show lineups on main scoring screen).
