Lost pitching and fielding stats

i know you are anxious to get your data back and this can be frustrating. we can continue to try and resolve but need you to be a bit more specific and complete in your replies. (I have not seen data get lost without folks deleting).

1) What hardware and what version of iscore are you using (eg ipad or Xoom etc and what version shows on home screen, e.g. v 3.16)

2) for one of the 13 games, go to game manager, select game, and at the game info screen, please confirm missing players for BOTH teams or one team . please confirm is this for all stats, batting, fielding, and pitching or just one. (I do not care about the scorecard at the moment, nor the team stats, just the game specific stats in game manager).

3) is the story the same for al 13 games? if just one missing team, is it the same the team in all 13 games, or is it a different team in all 13 games. is it all stats in all games?

4) pick one of the problem games, and go into pitch by pitch, game starts, show starting line up. for each team, check are there players on the starting line up? if so for one team, both teams or neither. exit (do not re save)

5) think good and hard, ball park when was the last time you OPTION > EXPORTED, and how many games have you scored since then. also have you ever done a "admin tune up"
