Are you using iPhone/iPod Touch or iPad? and can you please email us your customer ID (bottom left of Options menu) to support@iscorecentral.com and be sure to do an Options->Export so we can look at your database. We got the statistic reports you sent, but will need access to your database to be able to troubleshoot further.
