I am not sure i follow what you are saying. Let's try and fix and please reply back with more specfoc example of what part of program you are in ..

1) wondering if you really mean you are not able to Export ... Export is not done by team and player . It is only done once for whole device , key stroke Option > Export.

2) I suspect what you mean is when you go to team manager > select team > team stats ...there are no stats and yet you see games in game manager

And i suspect the issue is you unchecked the league assignments along the way.

Go to league manager > select league> assign all games as appropriate to right leagues

Go to team manager > select team > assign appropriate leagues .

re check stats under team manager

I understand export is not done by team and player. I am on the main page, hitting Options, then the export button on the bottom left. It says Unsuccessful xport failed, please try again.
All stats are gone, whether I look in team manager>select team>team stats or if I go to game manager>select game>team fielding(or any). Also when I select player manager, all my players are gone. The only data I have left is the scorecards in game manager.
I have All selected in League manager, as well as a couple others. I've also gone into game manager and made sure the leagues are assigned to the games, as well as team manager and made sure leagues are assigned to the team.
It seems like an app error, everything was all there a week ago, but now it's all gone. I haven't done anything differently. I'm thinking about deleting the app and reinstalling, but I'm afraid I'd lose the games that haven't been exported. Although in Options>Data Synchronization>send, all games have been sent, I'm just not sure where that means they went, because they are not on my iscorecentral web page.

Nice extra detail..

Do not recall seeing this happen before.. What kind of device ?

But given what you said, I am pretty darn sure support can recover your data . Will just take some time.

#1) send an email to support with your customer id and reference (link) to this thread
- I think we may need them to do their magic and can access your export backups too if needed

#2) good to hear you have ALL league enabled . That is key for trouble shooting

#3) the data sync info is key . Means on a server support can access

#4) did you ever try to 'RECALC' stats.. For a game or a team. Try it

Good

1) What kind of device and what version of software ..


2) You said you are considering delete app and re install. Before that..

Let's find out how many games since last OPTION > EXPORT

Go to my.iscorecentral.com and log in
Go to GAMES tab. You should have two buttons EXPORTED and SCORECAST
Compare game list to GAME MANAGER on your device

Let me know, iF there are any games on your Device that are not in EXPORTED or SCORECAST . This is important number and hope NONE

Then let me know how many games in SCORECAST since last export?
Hopefully not many .

2) if you want to uninstall app and re install

A) first make sure you write down your current device id and password . (OPTION > ADMIN SITE)
- when u reinstall this number changes and you will need your old number

B) make sure you have registered to a common email (OPTION > REGISTER) . Write down if need

C) un install and re install app
And follow this FAQ

D) register new device OPTION > REGISTER

E) make note of new device id and set password OPTION > ADMIN

F) create some quick data on your device , say a player or a team

F) then do a simple OPTION > EXPORT

G) now go back to my.iscorecast.com

h) Click the Accounts tab, then the Manage Data button
I ) Select "Copy" next to the account you want to copy data from, then select "To Here" for the account you want to copy the data to

J) A few confirmation boxes will appear to be sure you really want to transfer the data

K) After the data has been transferred, you will do an Options -> Import in iScore on the device for the account you copied data to to retrieve the data to your device

L) now you need to go get the few games that are on iscorecast server.

First , TIP enable the appropriate leagues you want incoming data to land in.. BEFORE you data share ..

Go to OPTION > DATA SHAREING > GET FROM WEB DATABASE

Enter your device id xxxxxxx and password but
add. "SC:" in front of xxxxxx ... So
SC:xxxxxxxx

You will see "new" games and teams there that are not on your device

. Click on each and follow prompts


Hope this helps you know what you can do if you want and if do not want to wait for support

Thank you for all that info. Unfortunately I had 32 games that had not been exported, and wouldn't export when I tried. Support was able to recover all the data and I have imported everything. All stats are back! I promptly exported and will do so again every game day! Thanks again for your help.

I just scored my first game yesterday.

The IP for each pitcher displays <1 inning each even though they were on the mound for the entire inning.

When I initially reviewed the pitching stats they were accurate. I then noticed the stats for each pitcher, who played in this game, in the Player Manager were inaccurate. After reading several posts on this forum, I performed a Recalc of my pitching stats to try and correct this issue. Now the Game Manager stats reflect the same inaccurate data as the Player Manager.

I confirmed the Play by Play data is accurate and lists the actual performance for each pitcher, performed a "Recalc", and the "Game Over" statement is listed at the bottom of the game screen. I also confirmed the BF, Ball, Str, and PIT stats are accurate.

The game lasted 7 innings, however, the pitching stats only show a total of 2.71 IP.

Any thoughts to correct this issue would really be appreciated. Thanks.
