Problem Emailing Team Stats

Post by nkwood » Tue Jun 08, 2010 6:11 pm

I am having trouble e-mailing team stats. I am going to “Team Manager,” selecting the team, going to “Team Stats,” “Email,” then sending to an e-mail address. I get a message that says the Email is successful. Our team plays in tourneys every weekend, and this has worked great all season. But just recently, the e-mails are not going through. I have tried to send to several e-mail addresses with no luck.

I assume you have verified your internet connection is working..

Try sending your self a game stat .. see if that works.. then double check your email address again.

Welcome to the board.

I just emailed team stats to myself and all went well. Have you checked your junk/spam folder? Have you received other emails tonight?
From time to time there are server issues with FTM's provider but not generally during the week.

We have not had any server email problems in the last 2 weeks (that's as far back as our status console currently shows us). If you are getting the "Successful" message, then our server is definitely sending the email.

If you want to try using our email address (support@iscorecentral.com) as a recipient, we can see if we receive the email fine. (Just be sure to follow up with your own email to us letting us know it was from you so we can get back to you.)

It is a good idea to make sure DoNotReply@iscorecentral.com is on your "safe" list if your email provider has such a thing.

Thank you. I feel stupid, but I found the e-mails in Spam. They had never gone to spam before, so I failed to even look there. So sorry to bother you.
