GDP not recording correctly

I'm new to iScore and I'm having an issue with some of the hitting statistics. I have played several games and recorded GDPs in several of them, but when I go back to the team statistics, none of them have recorded. I have double-checked the play-by-play to make sure I'm entering them correctly, and it appears that I am.

For instance, runner on 1st and 1 out. I tap Out > Ground Out > Medium Ground Ball to SS > 6-4-3, then when it asks what happened to the runner on 2nd I tap Double Play. It does not record in the hitting statistics that the batter grounded into a double play.

If this is not an Issue Reporting topic, I'm open to being shown it is my own user error, but I've tried everything I could to get it to correct itself and it won't work.

That is the correct sequence.

It works that way on my iOS device ,

Best bet will be to export your data and send an email to support with your ID and issue information so they can trouble shoot. (Also Include your device type and Iscore software version )
