iscore central not loading game info

I scored a game on iScore and commend the attention to detail and ease of use. Our team travels and many parents can not be at all games. The web update is incredilbe feature. However he iscore central (which shows the game on the left hand list and the game appears at my iscore new web site), but when logging in to the website for iscore and clicking on game list of the game I scored - the screen never changes from updating. This occured during the game live and again after the game was done and end game button hit. Even re uploaded at this point and same problem occurs.

I am using iPhone 3G with latest update and iScore 2.02.11. Thanks for any suggestions.

The game listing on iScore Central is a listing of the games that were scored with iScorecast. It does not list all games that have been scored --- only the ones that were sent to iScorecast.

You can have iScorecast enabled while scoring a game by enabling it in the Options screen. You can also send games to iScorecast after the game has been scored by going to Game Manager, selecting your game, then scrolling to the bottom of the Game Info screen and clicking the "i-Scorecast Synchronize" button. This will send the iScorecast data of that game to the iScorecast server, and it will then appear in the iScore Central games screen.

We will be adding more features to iScore Central soon that will list all games you have scored as well (in fact, we may add it today just so you can see the game listing...) Keep watching iScore Central for updates.

Re-reading your original post, we are not clear if you are going to the http://iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false site (which is what we assumed in our response), or to the http://iscorecast.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false site (which is used for iScorecasting games).

If you are going to http://iscorecast.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false and not seeing the games, you can use the "i-Scoreast Synchronize" option (as described in the previous post) to make sure the data is sent to the server.

If you are still having issues after following the above, you can email us directly at support@fasterthanmonkeys.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false, and send us your Customer ID so we can take a look at your specific situation.

I will email you. The problem is at the iScorecast website where people can see the game live or replayed after it is over. The game uploaded (synched) and shows up on the iScorecaset - but when you click the game - the site just shows a big UPDATING inside the black screen and never plays out the game for you.

For anyone following along in this thread... it turned out the customer had an apostrophe in a team name, and this was causing the issue in iScorecast. We have fixed this for the next release of iScore. In the meantime, if you just make sure your team names don't have an apostrophe in them, things should work just fine.

If you already have a team with an apostrophe in it, you should be able to edit the name in Team Manager, then just re-synchronize the game with iScorecast, and everything should work fine.
