New to I-score. I'm trying to load our teams info and after I hit save it does not save it. I can not get it to save anything. I'm using Itouch with 2.2.1 (5H11a) version with over 3 gig avalible memory. I tried the hard set to clear any issues and it still will not save anything that I input. Please help.

The main source of this issue we have seen is trying to run on a jailbroken device. As we have noted many times, we do not do anything to prevent iScore from running on a jailbroken device, but it appears some jailbroken devices have database issues. Does your device happen to be jailbroken?
If it is NOT a jailbroken device, then if you could please export your database to us (Options Menu, Export) and email us your customer ID (bottom left of Options menu) to
support@fasterthanmonkeys.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false, we will take a look and see if there is something else we can identify.
As we have noted before, we do not have anything against users having jailbroken devices, but since Apple does not officially support them, it is hard for us to troubleshoot. We think we may have a solution that we will be including in our next release (embedding the SQLite database code instead of "linking" to it), but we will not know for sure that will work until users that have jailbroken devices that did not work can confirm that it does work after the update.
Thank you.

Baseballdad.. this is a long shot, but double check you are using leagues correctly...
(ie. make sure you have both assigned the team to the desired league and in league manager have that league is turned on). Although team set up and league manager usually works greeat by default, we have had some folks inadvertently enter teanms and assign to a league but not have that league turned on in league manager, making it look like the team disapeared or was never saved. again, it is a long shot. but perhaps that is the issue...

If you can email us directly at
support@fasterthanmonkeys.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false, we would love to work with you more to try and see if we can get iScore working on your jailbroken device. We have a change that we made that will be coming out with version 2.0.3 that we are hoping will fix issues on jailbroken devices. If you could email us directly, we will see if we can work with you to test this update.
Thank you.

We submitted version 2.10 to Apple today, and we believe it addresses the issue with SQLite not working on jailbroken devices.

It is important to note that Apple has modified the Boot ROM of recent iPhone 3Gs, in an attempt to further prevent jailbreaking. So, be careful with your devices....
FTM- Great news about the submission. I think it deserves a stand alone topic. (So that we can begin our anxious wait)

We will post a message on the 2.10 release soon... we have hinted at it a couple times (calling it 2.03), but it was finally submitted to Apple yesterday.
