I have two questions regarding roster updates for this season.

1. When can we expect rosters to be ready for Opening Day? I would like to try and score as many of my team's games in the app as possible starting with 31 March. I saw the contest ads and got in on that. Is it fair for me to assume that it would be ready for the giveaway?

2. I did purchase the 2011 roster files at the beginning of Spring Training, and I've been updating it religiously since. I did notice that there were two roster files: one called 2011major League Daily Rosters, Lineups and Stats and the other called iScore Baseball Major Leage Rosters 2011. I noticed that when I update one it updates both, but is there a reason for two files? (On a side note, to update these files takes a terrible long time, perhaps because of the size of the file, but perhaps because I'm still using an iPhone 3G? It also crashes a few times on update.)

The rosters should be being updated daily already. The only thing that won't be ready until opening day is the "Lineup Sync". Teams will not start submitting official lineups for games until opening day.

Not sure why you would see two separate update buttons --- were you a 2010 roster user as well? That would be one reason there could be two buttons.

Yes, it is a lot of data, but on a good connection, it shouldn't take more than about 30-60 second for a complete update of the entire league.

If you are having crashes, you may want to try rebooting the device as maybe there is a low memory condition from several programs having been opened on the device.

I just purchased iScore via Itunes and wanted to know if iScore Baseball Major Leage Rosters 2011 is also available for purchase through Itunes?

Thank you. Yes, I was a 2010 roster user as well. When I go to update, only one of the update buttons actually works but it updates both files. Weird.
