Post by forkball31 » Mon Oct 04, 2010 1:59 pm

went into team pitching to correct some earned runs and discovered that some of my pitchers especially my closers who had pitched in the game were missing as I looked at other games sometimes they were there and sometimes not. please help me.

Not quite sure what you mean by mising. If you go into Game Manager and go to Pitch by Pitch, you can click on any pitch where a substitution may have been missed and add that pitcher into the right spot as a substitute.

You can look on your Scorecard to see who played which positions in which inning. If someone is showing as a pitcher in an inning but not getting credit for pitching in stats, we would need to look at your database to see what is going on.

If you do an Options->Export and email us your customer ID (bottom left of Options screen in iScore) to support@iscorecenral.com, and send us a specific game / players where this is occurring, we can take a look.

We are sorry, but we are still having a hard time understanding the issue. If you have exported and can email us your customer ID with a description of the issue, we can take a look specifically at your data. Thank you.

I was having two problems one I may have figured out. If a pitcher is removed from a roster are his stats removed from team pitching and season stats as well? for example in my data base there is a July 30th game Rangers vs Angels in which if you bring that game up through game manager the winning pitcher is correct as is the loser and the save is also credited correctly. However, if you go to team pitching Brian Fuentes is no longer there nor are his stats. I also noticed he has been removed from my Angel season stats.

One more thing Mike Pelfrey keeps poping up on my Angels roster whenever I do a roster update in place of Francisco Rodriguez. With 2.80 hitting the sync button does seem to give me the correct Angel roster but thats the only way doing it through options/addons gives me Pelfrey as an Angel every time. I also have a friend with the same roster issue. Thank you for help. I really do like the program despite some minor problems.

When a player is removed from the Roster, their stats will no longer be shown with the Team Stats. If you would like a player to show, you can add him back to the roster by going to Team Manager, and selecting the player from the the list of all players.

Thank you for pointing out the Mike Pelfrey vs Francisco Rodriguez issue... that should now be fixed for tomorrow's update.
