In a world where so many seem impatient, pushy and almost rude, you guys (FTM, moderators) are amazingly humble, polite, helpful and knowledgable - it's quite refreshing! I congratulate you for a great product.

Your approach reminds me of the saying . . . you address someone with respect, you'll get respect in return. And, I think this attitude ends up being contagious among the posters . . . I see this forum as a pleasant part of my daily routine.
