Thanks Ben - the point about the bug fixes / Apple store is one that should not be understated. We don't have the luxury of being able to put up a new build every time an issue is fixed as Apple's approval process is generally about a week long. So we try and group a good balance of new enhancements (features based on customer requests) into each release, and also include fixes to any issues that have been reported... or at least all that we can successfully reproduce. Any time a customer can show us an issue happens every time they do x, followed by y, followed by z, we can easily fix the issue. But when things happen and we do not know the steps to reproduce, it is much more difficult. We will always spend time on the "random" issues customers report, but if we spend a few hours on something, and are unable to reproduce it, our time is generally better spent on new features / things that can be reproduced.
Thank you.
