Game not Appearing in Team Stats

Game not Appearing in Team Stats

We've played 4 games this season. If I look at individual games, all the stats are there and everything looks good, both on the device and the web site. If I go into Team Manager on the iPad, then select my team, I see the game listed under the "Record" section. However, if I pick Team Stats, it does not include the first game, just the other three. If I try to pick the date range, the first game is not listed. I can't figure out why - all the settings are the same for all games (I only have one league, etc.). How can I get the first game to be available and calculated into the team stats?

Is the game showing an "F" in the Game Manager listing (meaning Finished)? Or is it showing a number (meaning an inning and the game is not yet complete)? If it is showing a number, select the game, select Play, then select Misc -> End Game.

If it is showing an "F", select the game, select Stats for your team, then select the Recalc in the upper right corner to force a recalculation of the statistics for that game.

The game was showing an "F", so I did the recalculation like you suggested. No change. What's weird is that the game appears in Player Manager on the stats for the player's card, but it does not appear in the date picker for Team Manager - Stats, and is still not included in the team stats. Any other ideas?

Did you create the team twice? Do you see it listed twice in Team Manager? If so, you can merge the two teams back into one using the Merge option there.

If that does not help, then if you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look at your data.
