Names changing in previous games lineups
Names changing in previous games lineups
When a lineup is changed for a new game, it changes all of the names that were changed in all previous games. Is this an error in my app or is there an option to prevent this from happening?

That means you are editing the player names of your existing players. You do not want to edit the existing players, you will want to add new players. Every player in your lineup has an underlying "player", and if you change the name of a player in one game, you will be effecting that player in the other game as well.

Re: Names changing in previous games lineups
I'm not editing the players. When the coach makes a lineup for a new game, they are not always in the order of the original roster. After the game is over, when I go back to look at stats and scorecard, the names have been changed to the roster. I have tried changing the roster when the lineup changes but this also changes all of the previous games. Why do the names in the lineup change for previous games when the lineup stays as is during scoring? After scoring, the lineup changes back to the roster. The lineup is not going to be the same every game. The numbers don't change back either, just names.
