Pitch Speckle Chart and Pitch Type Logging.

Just bought the thing, have only used it with made up games so far.

I can not seem to get the pitch speckle chart to work. The tutorials say that it counts how many pitches are at different areas of the strike zone, but I keep inputting locations, and each zone in the chart is zero. How do I get these to show up?

I also added which types of pitches (fastball, curveball, etc.) and speed are each pitch, but this data does not show up during the pitch-by-pitch tracker. Where can I see a log of this data so I can use it strategically?

In order for the pitch count by zone to work, you must have a player assigned as pitcher. If you do not have a player assigned as the current pitcher, then the counts are not kept. The counts are kept for each individual pitcher during the game.

Currently the pitch types are only shown on the speckle chart (the cirlces are the colors of the pitches). We will be adding pitch type to the pitch by pitch (the ball that is currently there for each pitch will change to the right color, and you will have easy access to a legend), and we will be showing speed there as well.

Where is the pitch count by zone information viewable? I cannot seem to fins it anywhere. The Scorebook pdf have the pitch charts but no count by zone. There is a picture of this in the iTunes store, but I cannot find it in the reports.

Danlellis, a tip for in game feature, in a game that you are charting pitches you can touch the three dots beside the chart and it will show you the speckle chart.
