I am running version 4.46.404 on my Android phone, and in the first game I scored this year, I had a problem that I never had last year on an earlier version on my wife's iPad.

After a pitching substitution in the beginning of the 4th inning, the first batter struck out looking. When the game was over and the stats were reviewed, I noticed that the program recorded no less than 8 strikeouts for that same batter facing the new pitcher in the 4th inning.

Has anyone ever reported a similar problem? Any idea of what I can do to avoid a repetition of this scenario?

I dread the idea of re-entering the entire game but I cannot seem to correct this problem now that the game has ended. Any thoughts on how to correct the problem without re-entering the entire game?

The only time we have seen an issue like this is if the same player has been added to the Lineup multiple times (or possibly appears in the lineup of both teams). To check / correct this, go to Game Manager, select the game, select Pitch by Pitch, tap the Game Starts event, tap Edit next to Starting Lineup, and check the home/visitor lineup for duplicate entries for the player. Remove any duplicates, then exit back to the stats and see if things then update correctly.

If this is not the issue, please do an Options -> Export and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID (found on Options screen) and let us know which game / player it is, and we can take a look at your data.
