Team website

When I type in my team website it says that the system is under maintenance. It has been doing this for a couple days. Is there a problem with the system or am I doing something wrong?
We had a hard drive fail with our hosting provider and are still awaiting a full restore of user data. You can see more information at this link:

You can re provision the team website instead of waiting for the restore if you would like. Just log into the team website url with your admin password and it will step you through.
