Data Sharing - unable to login to database

Unable to login to database on anyones id. keep getting "Invalid customer id or password" message. Have successfully exported and imported my own data and successfully changed password.
Other users are also unable to login to my account to get my data. my.iscore central information is all correct and in sync with my ipad.
Thought maybe it was a version issue so deleted and reinstalled, I am up to date on version 4.4

Try changing your password on your device ( option > admin web site) . ( eg forces password reset).Then do an option > export . And then try logging into

Was able to do all those steps successfully, but still getting same error mesasge when trying to get other users data.

If you can email us your customer ID to
support@isccoresports.com and a note saying you can not log in, we can verify you have exported and check your data to see why you can not log in.

Wait a minute. You said OTHERS
"WHEN TRYING TO GET
OTHER USERS DATA"
? Are you trying Bluetooth or get from web?
? Have all the other devices done a successful option export since the 3/1 server crash?
How many OTHERS are we talking about? ( I will assume 3 devices for troubleshooting , your device =device 1, and two others . Device 2 and 3)
have you verified that you have each devices ID Password correct and that they have connected with the Admin server post 3/1. You describe being able to log into your admin web site and option export successfully . But can the other devices do likewise

try to log onto Admin web site with Device 2 ID and device 2password. ( then device 3)
Can u successfully log on to admin site with device 2 ID and device 2 password ?
Device 3? If so then next
OPTION > DATA SHARING > GET FROM WEB DATABASE
on your device (device1) Option > data Sharing > get from web database. enter device2 ID and device 2 password ( or device 3 ID and password ) .
Do you get red " invalid customer ID and password" now?

Yes. have tried all those items. Still get red message. Multiple user ids and passwords (all correct) and still get the invalid.
Will check to see if they have exported since the 3/1 server crash.

If the devices have not exported since the 3/1 crash that can absolutely explain the issue.
( the solve is then very easy , have those devices export and then try data sharing again)
You did not answer one of the trouble shooting questions...,
Can you log into device 2 admin web site? Or device 3 admin web site? I know you said you can log into device 1 admin website
Let's hope as easy as getting device 2 and 3 to export .. Please post back progress/updated
