Import Pitcher CSV Problem
I'm importing about 12 data fields using the web admin for pitchers from an existing data source into iscore. Everything on the import page looks correct and I can see values on the page prior to pressing the import button. After importing into iscore from the webadmin and exporting to my local device, I see that only the pit_games, pit_loss, pit_runs and pit_hits imported. Missing were pit_ip, pit_game_innings (Not sure what the difference between innings pitched and game innings pitched but I made them the same), pit_walks, pit_strikeouts, pit_er, pit_hit_batters and pit_homeruns. I have 2 images from the web admin import page to show that everything looked good if needed and I can also send the import file used. What am I missing? Please advise.

I also noticed that if I make a correction to my batter stats and re-import via web-admin that it doesn't overlay the current numbers. Is this by design? If so, how can I clear out the data and re-import? I have a league in progress prior to purchasing iscore and I'm going to import current stats prior to using the app for scoring any games. Please advise.

Re: Import Pitcher CSV Problem
If you can email the details to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look. Some fields are calculated from other fields (for example, Innings Pitched = Outs / (Outs Per Inning)... so you would have to import the values that make up the calculated field. Here is a link that shows the formulas for calculated stats... anything that has a formula would require you to import the data that makes up the formula.

Re: Import Pitcher CSV Problem
Thank you for your quick response. Addressing the calculated fields seems to have done the trick for both pitching and batting stats. Good stuff and very clean interface.

Re: Import Pitcher CSV Problem
Only thing I can't get imported which I'd like to be able to is pitchers strikeouts by swinging or looking? Looks like the import allows me to set the number of strikes swinging but I want strikeouts. Anyway to accomplish this?

Re: Import Pitcher CSV Problem
Unfortunately we do not have the strikeouts looking vs swinging right now, but will be adding it in a future update.
