User ID Not Valid

When I try to login to my.iscorecentral.com it says "Unrecognized customer ID". Anyone having trouble? This is the first time I've had an issue with this.

If you do an Options -> Export from iScore on your device you can log in now.

I used to be able to log in using my email address and password that I specified, but now it says "Invalid Customer ID and/or Password supplied". Is it related to the hard drive crash? I did an Options, Export and I'm still having the problem. I can log in with my admin website user id & password no problem (so I can get in, it was just a whole lot easier when I could just use my email address).

Email address login was not effected by the hard drive issues we had a few weeks back.
If you would like us to "unregister" a device so you can re-register it with a new password, just send us an email at
support@iscoresports.com with the customer ID of the device, and we can unregister it for you.
