unsuccessful import

I copied data from one iPad to another via the website using "manage data". If I log into the device I copied to on the website, all the new data is there, so the copy was successful. However, when I go under Options in iScore on the device and click Import, it appears to be importing but when it reaches 100%, I get this message "Import Unsuccessful, the data could not be imported, however, your existing data was untouched." Internet connection is not a problem as I was able to successfully email play by play of several games. Any ideas as to what could be wrong? This same device will not Export either, when I attempted to do so, it knocked me out of the app and sent me back to the iPad home screen.

This would be internet connectivity issues. An Export or Import is much larger than an email as it is sending the complete database, and requires the internet connection to be good quality during the entire transfer. Try completely rebooting your iPad --- press and hold the power button + home button until the Apple logo appears and the device resets. Also be sure you are using WiFi (assuming your device has a 3g / LTE option). If this does not work, try powering your router / modem off and on for your internet provider.
