Cannot Import via Bluetooth on iPhone5s

When trying to import a game from another device via Bluetooth, clicking either the Options > Data Sharing > Get via Bluetooth or Send via Bluetooth buttons does nothing. The "bars" turn grey but the "Looking for other iPads, iPhones, ..." layer is never displayed.
Device: iPhone 5s
iOS: 7.0.2
iScore: 4.20

Unless trying to transfer between two of the exact same devices (iPhone 5 to iPhone 5 etc) I would try and use Web Data Sharing.. I have found bluetooth is just to quirky. and web data sharing works great
At times apple's implementation has not allowed cross platform transfers. I do not have an iphone 5 to test. but if you can tell us what device you were trying to transfer to, FTM may be able to test on same devices.

At the time I didn't have an internet connection so was unable to use Web Data Sharing. Before I was able to perform transfer from iPad to iPhone 5. The only difference now is I'm using an iphone5s with iOS 7 on both devices.
Transferring from:
iPad 2nd Gen
iOS 7.0.2
iScore 4.20
Transferring to:
iPhone 5s
iOS 7.0.2
iScore 4.20

got it, no wifi = must try bluetooth.
thanks for the extra device info.. Will have to let FTMSupport try and simulate and reply back if there is a Known reason why 5S would not work. (way Above my technical pay grade)

Just tested this scenario on my husbands phone. The only difference is he has an iPhone5. iOs and version are the same and it worked on his device.

How about from 5 to/from 5s...
It sounds like an apple implementation issue..
it would not be the first time they did this with Bluetooth.. I can't recall exactly the models before but recall them doing it with prior models

Yes, we have heard that the 5s has issues. We have not yet received the 5s we ordered so can not test this scenario. It works on all other devices we have tried, only the 5s hardware seems to have an issue.
When we receive our 5s we will test and see if we can figure out what is going on.

I just tried to transfer from iPad to 5S using bluetooth. When click on get-data the field turns gray but nothing happens. I rebooted 5S, same results. I deleted iScore from 5S and re-installed app. Same results. I then tried to register the app and all I got was a blank registration screen. I let it set there for several minutes and noticed battery % going down quickly. Suspect a loop in the app.
Is there a way to change the new ID to the old ID so I can retrieve the games I exported with the old ID? I know I can do them one at a time but I would like to import all the data. Not a big deal since I mostly use the iPhone for testing or demonstration. The old ID is 5bd102b309. The new ID is FFFFFFF398. Thanks

OhioTex .... tried transferring from 5s to 5 and 5 to 5s and still having the same problem with the 5s. Never get past the Data Sharing options screen.

@LarryKoch - there is no way to change a customer ID - it is tied to the device. You can transfer the complete data using the Transfer Data option as described here:

@PamelaPnuzalan - As noted in our previous post, we are waiting on our shipment of a 5S so we can determine what the issue is. We ordered it the day they became available from Apple's site. Last update we got from them, it looks like delivery is expected last week of October / first week of November.
