Unable to import data that was copied from another device

Here is my senario

I have a tablet and a phone, I run iScore on both for the same team. I used my phone last weekend to test out the Twitter and iScorecast and it was a hit.

I copied the data from the phone to the tablet via data sharing and that worked fine, and I am planning on keeping the data in sync by copying the data from one device to the other via the website, and then importing the data so its the same on both devices.

what is happening is that I am not able to import the data from the website to my phone, I get an error that the import failed asking me to check my internet connection. I know my connection is fine since everything else works without issue. I can import/export without issue on the tablet, its just the phone having the issue.

I searched around and in another thread from a few years ago it was asked to provide the customer ID for the device so that it could be checked, could that be done for my issue to see why I cannot import the data?

If there is a better way to manage my data than the method I am using, please let me know as well :)

If you register both devices to the same email address, and plan to always keep the exact same data on both devices, you can use the following technique to transfer the entire data set from one device to another whenever you update anything:

Data Sharing is generally easier than this however.

If you email us the customer ID of the two devices, and do an Export from both, and let us know which game you are having trouble importing, we will try from devices here. Send the email to support@iscoresports.com.

Also please let us know the types of devices and iScore version # (found on title screen in iScore) that you are using.
