Replacing Old iPad with New - How Do I Export to my WebsiteP

Post by cfender » Sat Aug 31, 2013 3:22 pm

I posted this earlier on another thread.

The iPad I was using for scoring baseball got damaged and I replaced it with an iPad mini and installed the iScore ap. I just scored 2 games today and when I exported them they don't appear on the Website I purchased from iScore. How to I get my games to export to my existing team Website?

You can transfer your website to a new device by following the instructions here:

Check out the new iScore Baseball documentation page!
Includes videos and user manual.

When you changed devices, your customer/device id changes
You can find your Id on device at "options> admin website"

You should register your new device and them log into the admin web site using your old device ID.(http://my.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)

Go to the Account tab on the Admin Website, and in the Team Websites section of "My Add Ons", you will see your team websites listed.

Click the Change Device link, and you will be prompted for the Customer ID / Password of the NEW device you are transferring the website to.

Enter those, and a dropdown will appear with the teams that exist on the new device, Select the team, then select Save, and the transfer will be complete
