i-Scorecast won't update

I get a java error when I try to run i-Scorecast Synchronize on my table.
The Website says to synchronize the scorecast which I can't do (see above).
I also can't Delete the i-Scorecast for the game
(sorry about using the wrong terminology - I'm just learning i-Score)

If you can do an Options -> Export from your device and email us with the customer ID and which game you are trying to do the iScorecast Synchronize for as well as the specific device type you are using, we can try on a device here to see if we can reproduce the issue. Send the email to
support@iscoresports.com.

The issue seems to be with using a verizon hot spot.
Need more work on issue, frm my end

hit synchronize - gets to 75 and stops for a minute - just completed so I'm really lost.

OK, the sync goes to 75 then fails with a java error.
sometime it works sometimes it doesn't

error is java.lang.exception connecting with server - using a Droid hot spot
game is R.C. DuPont Post 18 at Post 25.

It sounds like you are having intermittent Internet issues - this would not be the app itself. If you follow the instructions in our first response we can try to reproduce it.

we changed to the internal internet setup and it works.
