Why Does This Take So Long?

Hello.

Since updating to the latest update about a month ago I have noticed that after the end of a game and when selecting the winning/losing pitchers it takes FOREVER to select them. They will be highlighted cause I tapped them and it doesn't select them it just pauses for five minutes then finally selects the pitcher.

I have put up with this for a while now, it's getting kind of annoying but I was just wondering if anyone has a solution to do fix this.

We just tried selecting winning / losing pitcher on a device here, and it was nearly instant.

If you can do an Options -> Export and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID (found on Options screen), and a specific game you are assigning a winning / losing pitcher to that is taking long, we can try with your data on a device here to see if we can reproduce the issue. If you can also include in the email what type of device you are using, that may be useful as well.

I can't even export my stuff...it crashes everytime I try.

What version does iScore say for you on the title screen of iScore? and what type of device are you using?

4.12. And I'm on the iPad. I got the export problem solved. I can't seem to fix the pitching thing.
