trouble with bluetooth connection

Post by gtcharlie » Wed Jul 03, 2013 7:41 am

I am experiencing quite a few disconnects between my iPad which I use iScore on to score games and my iPhone 5 which I am using to send games to iScorecast. I tether the iphone to my ipad all the time when commuting without any disconnects but for some reason I am constantly having to reestablish the connection when using the iScore app. Any ideas why I might be having this problem? Suppose I could tether using wifi from the iphone if that is more stable in peoples experience.

I create a hotspot with my iphone and then connect the ipad using wifi. Is that the same thing as tethering? Don't usually have any issues unless cell coverage is poor.

Yep. Same thing. Two ways to tether. Bluetooth or wifi like you do. Easier to do Bluetooth for me but guess I will try wifi and see if I have better luck staying connected.
