iScore - Scoremonster

Importing/Exporting games, sometimes it goes perfect other times I get a successfully imported game A, but it does not appear under game manager. Then recently I scored 3 games went to export and only 1 of the games went through to ScoreMonster, but all 3 exported fine to myiScore.com. So, if anyone can help I'd appreciate it. When it's working iScore/ScoreMonster are awesome, but when they aren't it's a pain because I have to delete the game create a new game and score it manually (not ideal, which is why I paid for iScore)!

If you have a case of a game that you try and import that is not making it into iScore, then if you can email us at
support@iscoresports.com with the credentials to use to see this happen, we can take a look.
As far as games going from iScore to ScoreMonster, it is important that the game is Discovered from ScoreMonster so that the game, teams, and players are all ScoreMonster data. If you try and create a game in iScore or use teams/players that were created in iScore (as opposed to being discovered from ScoreMonster), then ScoreMonster will not recognize the data and can not post it.
