SS (swinging strikes) shows as all 0s

When I forward the team stats from my IPOD, the column for SS shows all 0s even though I know that SC and SS are entered during the games.
When you say "forward the team stats" are you referring to emailing the stats? The emails are showing 0 for SS but the device is showing that there are swinging strikes? Are you running the most current version of iScore (now v4.11 on iOS devices)?
If so, please do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com, and let us know which screen (game/team) you are seeing swinging strike values on that when you tap email and send the stats they are coming up with 0's. We will take a look and see what we find.
