Unable to email game stats/scorebook

Recently performed update to app and after the 1st game from update I attempted to email game stats/scorebook/boxy core from the game info screen and application continues to kick me out and will not send email. Has anyone else run into this problem? I ended the game early due to mercy rule in 5th inning using the end game option from the misc screen.

Tested Internet connectivity by attempting to email a game prior to performing the update and was able to successfully email with out crashing the app.

After exporting to the team website, the scorebook was not available for this game from the GAMES section of the website.

I am having a similar issue. I scored a game this morning and every time that I try to open the scorebook or I try to send the data via email the app crashes and doesn't send anything or show me the scorebook. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

We have seen this can happen if you remove a player from the lineup who was originally in the lineup. If you go to Game Manager, select the game, select Pitch by Pitch, tap the Game Starts event, tap Edit next to Starting Lineup, and add the player back in, then the scorecard (and emailed scorecard) should work fine.

If this is not the issue for you, then if you can do an Options -> Export and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and which game you are trying to email, we can take a look at your data to see what is going on.

Thanks for the quick reply! I had removed a couple of players during the game and adding them back took care of the problem.

FYI. We have fixed the removing player issue so it does not crash the scorecard for the 4.12 release (4.11 is currently awaiting Apple's approval so it will be right after that one.) In the mean time, adding removed players back should work fine.
